What you should know about part loads.

Your question is not listed? Please contact us.

Part loads at freight forwarders, also known as LTL (Less than Truckload), are transports in which a customer's freight does not fill the entire truck. Instead, several customers share the truck capacity for their smaller shipments. This is cost-efficient, but requires more complex logistics planning.

If your shipment takes up more than seven pallet spaces or 10 loading meters, we calculate it as a partial load.

Securing freight for part loads is achieved through appropriate packaging, load securing systems and careful planning. It is important to ensure that combined shipments are transported safely and efficiently to prevent damage.
